Phil Kearns – CEO
Philip S. Kearns has been with de Kadt since 1988. Prior to joining de Kadt, Phil spent ten years with Richardson Vicks, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Procter & Gamble Inc. He served for eight years as Associate Research Director for the North American Personal Care Division and for two years as Associate Director for the Europe/African Division, located in Paris, France. Phil started his career at the research agency of Aulino-Baen.
Wendy Fratino – President
Wendy joined de Kadt in 1993 as a Vice President, and assumed her current role as President in 2007. Prior to de Kadt, Wendy held market research positions on both the corporate (Richardson-Vicks) and research vendor (Market Facts/Synovate, Guideline Research) sides, as well as running her own research consultancy. She has supported clients across a wide variety of industries, including CPG, Personal Care, Health Care, Financial Services, and is a Legal Expert Witness for Legal studies.
Wendy received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and MBA from the University of Connecticut.
Mary Ann Morgan – Senior Vice President
Mary Ann Morgan joined deKadt in 1970 and has over 40 years’ experience in all aspects of market research. She works closely with clients in the design, execution and analysis of both tactical and strategic studies with a primary focus in consumer products and services.
Her experience includes concept and product research, tracking and customer satisfaction studies as well as large scale market investigations integrating qualitative and quantitative designs, techniques and analysis.
Rebecca Ketchum – Senior Vice President
Becky, who was a history major, began her career at The Roper Organization, (initially ” Elmo Roper & Associates” ), working on political and social research studies, as well as strategic studies for Fortune 500 Companies. She was recruited to deKadt Research a few years after its establishment. Over the years she has conducted research for a wide array of industries/institutions/issues. She has extensive experience in the financial services, telecommunications, and health & beauty products categories.
Steven Marks – Vice President
Steve brings nearly 30 years of practical experience in the market research industry to clients. As a life-long research practitioner, he has provided strategic consultative expertise to Fortune 1000 clients across a wide variety of industries, including telecommunications, healthcare, travel & tourism, media, financial services and automotive. His areas of specialty include segmentation, brand equity, new product development, customer satisfaction and cross-media advertising research.
Steve has held senior management positions on both the corporate side (AT&T, Deloitte & Touche) as well as the research vendor side (Phoenix Marketing International, Lightspeed Research, Synovate, ORC). Steve holds an MBA in Marketing from Fordham University, NY, and a BA in Economics from Union College, Schenectady, NY.
Randi Quinn – Vice President
Randi’s 25 years of market research experience encompasses both client and supplier sides, enhancing her ability to design and analyze meaningful and actionable research. Randi has broad CPG experience, ranging from adult beverages to intimate personal care products, and expertise with a variety of study types, including attitude and usage, segmentation, shopper insights and product testing, as well as hybrid approaches.
Randi graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a BA in Advertising.
Dianne Littlefield – Vice President, Operations
With 20 years experience in marketing research, Dianne Littlefield is responsible for the operation of all support services, including data collection, quality assurance and tabulation, domestic and international field service management and general business administration.
Prior to joining de Kadt, Dianne was the Director of the Senior Council division of data collection at Yankelovich, Clancy, Shulman managing both business to business and consumer research studies.
Dianne is a graduate of William Smith College holding a B.A. in Political Science.
